Rum Barrel III

The next batch going into the barrel will be a cider (unless we can't get enough participants). It'd be great to get it filled the week before Thanksgiving, but that assumes everyone would pitch yeast this week. So the more likely date to fill the barrel will be the end of Nov. or first week of Dec.

Ideally we will all use Curtis Orchard cider ($6.50/G for 5G), but if you're opposed to them any cider will do. Please try to avoid using a juice/cider with sulphates as it'll inhibit yeast growth. The suggested yeast is Nottingham, but any english style yeast will be sufficient.
