What the???

Brewed an amber ale on Thursday. OG ~ 1.059 using Windsor yeast hoping for a final gravity of ~1.020. Fermentation never started. Usually starts in several hours & is going crazy the next morning. Instead have white fuzzy stuff all over the surface & no percolation going on. Obviously contaminated but with what??? Dennis. :rant

Do you have a pic? It could be mold or a bacterial infection.
